Spring Garden Party

by Miranda Valentine on March 26, 2010

As the weather warms up, I’m dying to host a modern garden party, complete with riotous colors—even if I have to make the flowers myself…

I’d line oodles of these up and down our tiny, jasmine tickled brick wall, bunching different colors into bouquets of candles…

And of course, I’d serve bright and cheerful cupcakes, in little jars.

Cupcakes in mason jars is a really cute idea.  I happened across one in Montclair NJ, where I live, but the woman had the gall to charge $8.00 for it!  I tried it once for the novelty but will have to start making my own. Do you know this site?  They have cute ideas you might like to put your own spin on…http://www.hostesswiththemostess.com/

Those look dee-lish, and I don’t usually fancy the sweet stuff! But, oh, mmm…

You should host a garden party while I am out visiting! I could help with the flowers!
