A few weekends ago, I was fortunate enough to attend a fabulous picnic for fashion bloggers, hosted by Two Point Oh! LA. There were adorable fellow fashion bloggers—turned out in their finest fashion-bloggers-go-a-picnincing wear—amazing sponsors (including Crossroads Trading Co. which I was utterly despondent to discover has been in existence, unbeknownst to me, and selling fabulous clothes, this whole damn time), yummy food spreads, to-die-for sponsor bags, and my latest obsession, Dry Soda.
I had been minding my own business, wandering about the picnic with requisite lemon water in hand, when I spotted an arrangement of glass bottles in a large ice bucket, looking so picnic-y perfect, I glanced around to make sure I hadn’t accidentally wandered into the photo shoot that was taking place next to us. I sort of slid the bottles back and forth, poking around, uncertain about my willingness to try a lavender flavored soda, when a fellow blogger walked up.
“Oh my god. Aren’t those amazing?” she asked.
“I don’t know—I haven’t tried one before. So, they’re good?”
“Oh my god. So good. And they have these cute reusable straws!”
After which, frankly, I was sold. And the quick glance at the nutritional information, revealing a measly 60 calories for the whole bottle, helped too. It. Was. Delicious. I’m not normally a huge soda fan, but this was perfect—almost like lightly sweetened, flavor infused sparkling water. But way better. They apparently also had other flavors, like vanilla and rhubarb, but I was much too excited by my discovery, thrusting my straw in Paul’s face, insisting that he “Sip! Sip!” and hopping around, gushing about Dry Soda like some crazy, flavor infused junkie, to try the other flavors.
But, I will. And you can too, by using this handy dandy search tool.

I’m gonna be on the lookout for this. I don’t drink soda – other than Ginger Ale – but I love carbonated drinks. i wonder if they have in Maine, I shall find out.Btw, your pics are getting more and more gorgeous.
Thanks, Erin! Unfortunately, these photos are so gorg not because I’m improving my photography skills, but because most photos of me on this blog are taken by my very talented husband. I wish I could take the credit!
